Shipping & Returns
Shipping Cost and Process
Orders are processed and shipped the following day. Any order placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
*Please note orders in remote areas are subject to extra shipping charge based on weight (all remote areas are listed in Table 9).
Delivery Times
Orders usually take 1-7 business days to arrive after shipping. Shipping carriers may have delays on shipping, this is out of our control. During the holiday season, shipping carriers might take longer than usual to ship which is also out of our control.
Low Stock or Back Ordered Items
Orders for a product low in stock or on back-order, we can provide you with the following:
- Ship out the available items and hold the out-of-stock items until it is available again.
- Receive a refund for the missing items.
Cancellation
We are only able to cancel orders that have not finished processing and started shipment. Orders that have already been shipped and processed must go through a return in order to receive a refund. Read more about our return process below.
Returns
Please contact our support team here before making a return. Returns that we were not made aware of will not be accepted. We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the following condition:
- Product must be in its original packaging undamaged
- Product seal is not broken
- Product is unused
The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless a defect is found. If there is a defect with the product, please contact support at sales@fit-rx.ca with pictures of the defective product and you will be given a direct replacement or refund.
